Refund Policy

Unused kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Request a return authorization first at 800-886-4926 or ken@webbcap.com. Do not ship anything back without an RA.

Customer pays return freight unless we shipped the wrong item. Installed, contaminated, or incomplete kits are not returnable. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we inspect the return.
